My name is Chris Rackley and I have been a Topsail Island Real Estate Broker since the year 2000 specializing in resort/investment coastal properties such as homes and condos, small and large land transactions including assistance in land use/permit approvals, marketing new home communities as well as overseeing the brokerage operations of property management (vacation and long term rentals), HOA management and our affiliated company brokers. Previous to being a broker, I worked in property management, front office and light maintenance for Lewis Realty Associates, Inc. as well as in the hospitality/hotel industry during college at North Carolina State University.

I have been a consistent producer in the local market during my career and have marketed several new home communities using both traditional and internet marketing strategies.
