His works include developing and operating NorthieMedia, an advertising firm specializing in website development, as well as co-founding DailyHomeowner.com, a real estate website.

James uses web technologies in practical ways to create highly sustainable, maintainable, accessible, interactive and beautiful web sites for the Real Estate community. His goal is to bring social media to real estate and teach agents how to use it to market themselves and their listings online. He has found a way of successfully working his passion for blogging and social media into his career.

Shiner is a contributing writer for Zillow's GeekEstate Blog and has various other blogs across the web. He also speaks at leading industry events including Inman Connect, REtechSouth, and Massachusetts Association of REALTORS Tech Fair. Along with speaking, James also helps real estate agents understand and utilize video and social media by teaching interactive classes and speaking at local boards and real estate offices. His work has clearly spoken for itself in that he has won various awards as well as being featured in the book Online Marketing Success Stories by Rene V. Richards.

He went on to establish himself as a reputable Mortgage Broker as well as own and found Prime Mortgage Associates, LLC. He later co-founded DailyHomeowner.com. He has proven to us that you can turn your passion into your life's work.

Greg's educational background has allowed him to be more than successful. He has founded three companies as well as the current co-founder of ZIPVO. This experience has perfected his ability to develop business plans, sale strategies development, and implement marketing plans. He directs sales for critical clients, develops long-term relationships with existing clients, penetrates new markets in online Real Estate, and monitors customer satisfaction. Greg is our ultimate Product Guru.

Jason has more than 15 years experience in marketing, advertising, and communications making him the excellent choice for our Marketing Director. Jason is responsible for determining the group marketing agenda, setting the strategic marketing priorities, and continuing to enhance the marketing capability of the business at ZIPVO Corporation.

Earning his degree in Graphic Arts, Jason is an accomplished/award winning designer, with a unique balance of creative and technical expertise, coupled with a strong background in print, and web design. Throughout his career he has gained an understanding in the importance of knowing the long-term vision of a company and how to accurately and consistently reflect and strengthen that message in all visual and written communications.
